LONG LONG Day .. and am weary of this economy .. watched a talk by Mark Doutzer head of the real estate center at Tx A&M ... and the worries only increase ... WHERE is all of this going ..

It is Labor Day weekend .. and we are hoping to BBQ and have dinner with friends ...

Day One .. START THE BLOG

Day one .. well this is my new blog and I hope I have the stamina and concentration and dedication to come to this every day and update the grueling days in this economy of owning a small recruiting firm.

I long for the days when you could just pick up a phone or walk though a building and say hello BECAUSE THERE WAS NO SECURITY .. EVERYWHERE!

What has happened to the friendly people are in the sidewalk .. in offices, restuarants, elevators, grocery stores, everywhere you go .. used to be people were polite and kind to each and I don't know about where you live but in my town .. the "community" spirit is DEAD .. it is eat and be eaten ... no more Mr. or Ms. Nice guy ... and it is difficult .. people say and do anything because there is no community which means "nobody will know" and NO FACE/NO RAMAFICATIONS of this mass is a cold fellow to interact with..

Well enough for post one ... as I go back to work on LinkedIN and make a few more connections ..
